Facilities include state-of-the-art home technology where the main living areas boast a 55" 3D TV and 42' Smart TV with built-in web browser, plus access to 200 satellite channels. There's also an Apple TV unit and an X-Box loaded with a selection of games. Guests can listen to their favourite tunes through a 0.5 kW sound system & Bluetooth boom box.
The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to discuss your specific needs and help organize guests stay with activities, interesting day trips, massage and spa treatment as well as dealing with any matter arising at the villa.

The villa itself is faultless with a fully equipped kitchen, sea view dining room and ample open plan living rooms. Access to the upper floor is via a beautiful curving stair case. There are 3 large double en-suite bedrooms, together with a living space with sofa and TV situated centrally between the two. All three sunny bedrooms can be considered as Master Bedrooms; all with panoramic sea view terraces are en-suite with the galleried Master Bedroom having its own spacious Jacuzzi bath.

Villa U is located on Lipa Noi beach, on the Western-side of Samui island. The beach has fine white sand and there are no rocks or coral in the water, making it one of the best beaches for kids on the island. The water is also very shallow for up to 100 metres out.
